  • Normally an Apostille is processed by the CA Secretary of State’s office in 3 business weeks as a routine service.
    In order to expedite an Apostille request, special document handling services are offered.

  • Yes! Due to COVID-19 protocols implemented by the CA SOS office, the best processing turnaround time is 3-5 business days. On average you will have your completed document in 1 week.

  • Notary service is included in the price as a bundled service.

  • If you have a document in any language other than English, it does not need to be translated to English in order to be notarized and Apostille. You can present the document as it is as long as your name and signature can be verified in English. English notarial certificate can or will be attached as needed.
